Hi,
I have a Jazzy 1120 due to small footprint. Use when going doctor/lab offices and other places that know is to tight for my regular chair.

Yesterday I had turned off chair in waiting room and when called back I turn it on, won't move. Turned off/on couple times started working OK. No blinking or flashing lights.

Today, went for lab work kept it on in waiting room. When called, no move. Turned on/off couple times, no flashink/blinking but started working normal.

We stopped at drugstore, looked around while waiting on scripts. Had been sitting in one spot couple minutes, no move. All lights was lighted, no blinking/flashing. Did the on/off and worked OK.

Any thoughts or idea what could be wrong?

I know it's best to check with provider, but we recently moved and DME only comes out here on, I think,Thursday. So, will be a week before they come out.

Thanks

It sounds as though you might wore out the electrical touch pad on the top of the joystick.

Being a Jazzy 1120 and taking in mind the age of the product it would the first place to start and then to connectors.

Did that help ?

If you are local to Orange County CA area, we can send out a service truck for you.
